Visited this place several years ago and though I did not purchase at the time, the greeting and attention received was memorable.
Now that I’m ready to purchase mattresses I went to Mattress Firm and decided on a specific Sealy which was $2200.
Remembered about the time I stopped by at Big Mattress Outlet and decided to check them out before purchasing for which I am so thankful, they had the exact same Sealy mattress as Mattress Firm for $1400!! Ended up purchasing mattress and adjustable base for several hundred less than the mattress alone at Mattress Firm.
Not to mention availability for next day delivery!

This is the second mattress I’ve bought at this store. My first experience went really well. This time it was exceptionally great! Told Xavier ( I believe is correct name) what I was wanting, and he took me straight to it. He knew exactly what to show me. My only hiccup with my visit was it couldn’t be delivered today. Lol. I was in a lot of pain from my current mattress and wanted it yesterday. He promised he would get it to me as soon as it came in the store. Loved the interest free financing and the unheard of lifetime warranty on the mattress I purchased. Excellent customer service!!! This store will always be my go to mattress store.

We visited yesterday “just looking” and I found a mattress I liked but wanted to shop around first before purchasing. After visiting a few other places We decided to return to The big mattress outlet because no one could beat the price for the quality and size of the mattress we purchased, but most importantly on our first visit we weren’t pushed toward products! We looked and then left without getting the “sales man” treatment, you know where they just keep talking and taking to sale you something?! The owner was very nice and not at all pushy! He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses that we asked about and didn’t over talk to confuse you. We returned today and purchased the mattress set we liked from the beginning but a lady was there instead of the gentleman we had first spoke too. She was very nice & polite and knew about what we had spoke to the gentleman the day before so the purchase was a breeze!! In and out in about 30 mins and we brought our new mattresses home same day! We will definitely return to the big mattress outlet for any future mattress needs.
